I was hesitant at first about using a personal concierge service to do my personal shopping. I ran out of time and needed a gift for my wife. After a few simple questions they picked the perfect gift. Now I don't know how I would get along with out them.

I recently have moved into my apartment and was not looking forward to having to set up all my deliveries and utilities. I quickly remembered that our community offers a personal concierge service. Contemporary Concierge was amazing. They not only took care of arranging my cable installation and furniture delivery (which had to be delivered on three different days) but they have also taken care of my grocery shopping on a scheduled basis. I am so happy they have their services at my apartment community.

The concierge has sent a representative to my apartment to meet all of my furniture deliveries, cable installation appointments, and other service appointments while I was at the office. It could have been very complicated for me to arrange time off when delivery companies give only a "window" of time for deliveries because I work downtown. All I had to do was register online with the concierge and then request the concierge to cover the delivery at my apartment on a given day with the "window" for delivery specified and give them my request via email, telephone or text message and they did it. It was a huge relief to just turn it over to them. They will also grocery shop or pick up dry cleaning if I need it. It's great!
